Headquartered in Gorham Maine, owner Dan Smith has long ties to the Maine community.
After selling his landscaping business and finding construction in a bit of recession, Dan started in the copier industry in the spring of 1990.
After seven years of learning the industry, it was time to go into business.
With partners, he helped launch a new copier dealership in Scarborough in 1997. Things happened fast and the business flourished. Eventually, it was the right time for a new opportunity on his own.
In 2008 Dan opened Smith Office Systems. The Smith business has invested heavily in cutting edge service software and remote diagnostic tools to better service our clients.
Smith clients vary from in home office’s to large corporations and everything in between. Our ideal client is looking for a local company to handle their managed print solution, service plan or considering an upgrade in equipment. Clients exploring lease end upgrades or consolidating service plans are good fits for us, we can help.
